It was clear to me that they really want you to get the mattress that’s right for you. They give you longer than most companies to try out their mattress. They upgraded to the glaciatex for me and didn’t charge. They immediately responded and offered a refund when I let them know the second try wasn’t working and they made it happen early even though they ask for 30 days trial. They were kind. This is the future; every bed will be motorized, or you will seriously be missing out.
