I got this dimmer switch as a promotional sample, which worked out really well as the previous switch I was using had recently failed. This dimmer switch is great and it was pretty easy to install. It functions very well between dimming and changing the type of light desired. I do like the LED onoff indicators on the light and fan functions. The only reason I am giving it 4-stars was because I am using it in a 4-gain box and the cover plate I had did not fit over the switch since this switch is slightly larger than your standard rocker switch or outlet.
