[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the LG 360 PuriCare and the 360 PuriCare Single Air Purifier’s due to our apartment being very dusty; allergies were also an issue because we live near a huge beautiful State Park with lots of trees and flowers. However, after using the Air Purifier’s for a few days the dust is virtually gone and the air seems fresher; pollen hasn’t been an issue and cooking odors are quickly dissipated. My neighbors smoke and I am concerned that second hand smoke impacts ones health negatively. Again, since using the LG 360 PuriCare Air Purifier’s I have the air in our apartment is fresher and cleaner. We selected these models for their specifications including, but not limited to their True HEPA filters, Booster Fan’s, Smart features and the fact they’re made by LG, a leader in the air purifier industry; not to mention that they are energy efficient, certified Asthma and Allergy Friendly by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. Very quiet, dynamic controls that allow me to schedule increased capacity while my PV is producing electricity, increasing capacity with internal mixing valve while keeping it in heat pump only mode. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. While the individuals were courteous, the lack of technical competence, attention to detail, and basic safety made this a very poor and exhausting experience.. Ilaria. Washington, CT. Only on day 2 but it was easy to set up and it’s vacuumed twice so far. I’m pretty sure it’s pulling hair from the carpet that came from our dogs, and the last dog had been gone for two years! I replaced my water heater, also 20 years old. The water is coming out with the lime sentiment. It quickly settles. But I’m hoping it finishes. The product obviously works. This robot is much smarter than my previous Roborock Q Revo. It hasn’t gotten stuck once while my older robot would constantly ram my speaker stands till I manually moved it. The auto detergent is a convenience compared to my older robot where I would have to manually put it in the water tank every time I changed the water. The camera is a nice feature being able to see what obstacles or things lost under the bed. The auto empty function is much quieter than my previous robot. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. However, it doesn't easily suck up thing like Cheerios and chocolate chips that my toddler leave behind. That part is frustrating. I still need a broom to pick up larger items.. Douglas.
