From the few uses I've had so far from it, I love it. It does get a bit confused by cliffs, so you need to use the app to mark an area around a cliff as a no- go zone. It also gets confused around my vent on the floor, and it thinks it's a cliff too. I just mark that as a no go zone and I've had no problems thus far. It navigates around chairs and under my bed like a dream. It also mops hard floors, and suctions more on carpet. It has a voice that you can change to many languages. A one-step formula that cleans, shines and protects in a one-time and labor-saving step. This product is safe to use on Forbo Marmoleum products. It is also non-toxic, bio-degradable, and has no harsh chemicals.

This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. Good quality and easy to work with. Can be cut with a utility knife. Compared with the photo, it's more brown/tan with less red oak overtones than in the photos. It doesn't look bad, just not what I envisioned based on the photos. I had wanted something a little bit more on the warm side. Not 100% thrilled, but I was able to install it myself and it is nice-looking flooring, reasonably realistic and not too plastic-y. Edited to say: the photos are of the Orchard Orange color (as you can see, it's not very orange). I liked the quality and ease of working with the product, so I re-purchased the other color - Blossom Light Beige - for a different room.
