I spend a lot of time in my room and needed to replace my mattress anyway so an adjustable frame sounded perfect. Although the box was heavy unboxing and assembly couldn’t have been easier. March 2026 This is my 4th time purchasing matteress from Wayfair… and my personal 2nd one. I also use a platform storage bed just for knowledge, I have now been sleeping on it for about 7 days. I have to be honest it is comfortable and not foam soft, but it is soft. I am actually adding a boxspring today enforce some stability just for my own wants! I’m 40 a nurse 15yrs) also see chiropractor 3x week and with my firm contour pillow I have to say it helps my neck back pain. I opened it on top of my previous mattress for about 48 hours while waiting getting bedroom together. I also use a mattress protector so I utilize queen deep fitted sheet standard fitted only king for my cheaper sheets. So far so good, I ordered a split king…2 XL twin beds. As a twin they are heavy and awkward (I imagine even more so for a queen or regular king) I recommend 2 people install. I am surprised but I like the massaging feature especially the legs only option. Remote Controls are a little confusing at first but great features available. Very sturdy and easy to install only one set of legs but thankfully they are the perfect height for my bed frame. My husband’s side does not elevate as far as mine that is why I am giving it four stars. I have messaged the manufacturer for troubleshooting tips and will update this if they respond.. Heidi. US.
