I received my Artificial Bonsai Tree with Lush Realistic Leaves, Faux Evergreen Plant In Decorative Pot earlier this afternoon, delivered by FEDEX ground delivery service. It looks quite nice and I have placed it outside next to my dragon and Japanese Lantern. When I received it and opened the shipping box, I found that several of the stones, that are glued to the base that fits into the decorative pot, had worked loose and were in the bottom of the shipping box but, I just scooped them out of the box and added them to the decorative pot and base. I was very pleased with the size and appearance of the two vases exactly what I needed. However, the problem was separating the vases once I removed them from the very sturdy box. They shipped stacked together inside the box and wrapped in plastic, which was probably cost effective, but very impractical from a customers perspective. Long story short, I sprayed WD-40 along the rim and plastic, waited 5 mins, lightly tapped along the rim with a hamper, then pulled on the plastic, and they came a part easily at that point.
