Really nice table. A lot more sturdy than I expected. Very good value. Just a couple of little details that would have moved it from 4 to 5 stars. The screws to adjust the side panels need washers to allow them to work well; the two screws that adjust tilt should have large fender washers to improve operation. Also the screws that stop the table from being wobbly (brace the uprights), the heads got damaged (not unusable) the first time I folded it up. I had a couple of 8mm screws and swapped them. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina.
