This is exactly what I wanted, it’s soft, not too thick, didn’t shed, came rolled instead of folded — and just a better quality affordable rug. I did try others but this one has kind of set the bar. My only issue is that it doesn't come in a more sizing options. We need something closer to 10x14 not really smaller than that... 9'6 x 13'1 is not ideal unfortunately for our space. We have gray cloud paint color by Benjamin Moore on our walls and it goes perfectly with that color along with our wood floors. Initially I would have thought that I needed a thicker rug pad but the rug is very comfortable to walk on and I'm just going to probably end up getting a thinner felted rug pad for added comfort and sound dampening. The pattern is really perfect and for someone who is trying to stay away from the Oriental traditional vibe. This is great and it's not too precious because God forbid we live our life and spill a cup of coffee on the carpet. I don't think it's going to ruin the entire thing because it definitely has that abstract pattern that I think will hide a lot. I just wish they had expanded sizes! I'm obsessed and will probably end up buying a larger size and have a carpet specialist help me make a few adjustments by cutting two of the sides and adding binding on one and fringe on the other because I love it so much and really want to use it in my space but it needs to match my vision and fit the room exactly as I'm seeing it in my mind. This means it will have to be a Frankenstein style because the fringe won't match on each end and then the binding on one side will be different too. But because some of the rug will be hidden once we add our bedroom furniture, I'll be able to live with those adjustments ..Expand the sizes please :). Erin . Manhattan Nyc. Wed Apr 08 2026
