So far, so good. I have the Wash Tower 2.4 with heatpump. Its quiet, clothes come out dry and time is good. I dont watch the clock but it doesnt seem longer than my full size LG washer downstairs. It takes time to get used to it. Because is ventless it will heat up the room or space where the dryer is located. I found myself emptying the water tank twice after 5 loads. It does leave the clothes damp but you will just have to figure out the settings that works best for your clothes. Noise is minimal and the door is adjustable.
