Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). I’ve been sleeping on this 10-inch medium-plush pocket coil mattress for about 3 weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the comfort and support it provides. The medium feel is the perfect balance—soft enough to cushion pressure points, yet firm enough to keep my back properly aligned. I wake up without the usual stiffness or soreness, which is a huge plus. The pocket coils make a noticeable difference. Each coil responds individually, so there’s minimal motion transfer and the mattress contours nicely to the body without feeling too soft or saggy. The pressure relief is especially good around the shoulders and hips, making it great for side sleepers but still supportive for back sleepers too. Even though it’s only 10 inches thick, it feels solid and well-built. It expands quickly after unboxing, and there was very little odor. Arrived quickly, no visible damage to box or item- it was packaged securely and very nicely. It is good quality definitely would recommend a plumber to install with the additional functioning components that it has would certainly recommend a plumber.
