The pressure relief is especially good around the shoulders and hips, making it great for side sleepers but still supportive for back sleepers too. Beware of the deceptive marketing. The toilet comes with no seat, which they do say in the description but it also arrives with no toilet bowl. When I tried to return it cause I dont want to deal with nonsense, they want to make me pay for shipping. Very shady practices.
