The vacuum was $999 on another site so I tried Wayfair. The description was confusing as to what attachments came with it and for that reason I give it 4 stars. The vacuum is perfect. I did end up buying a turbo power head from another site (having to buy a power head separately is pretty standard with these high end vacuums). My rating is based on the packaging, not service. I saw the prior customer review regarding the packaging, but ordered anyway, since I've purchased from Wayfair for several years and never had to return an item, I thought it might have been a one time issue that occurred with that customer. They were correct. The vendor's packaging had no padding, and when the tiles arrived only 1 tile out of the 2 packages was unbroken. However, I had no issues with the return process.
