I really like these fixtures, but wanted to add one word of caution. Because the decorative links are STEMS rather than chains, "adjusting the length" means using 1 or 2 stems. You are not given that much flexibility in the length. This was hard for us, because we found out that 1 stem made it too high and 2 stems made it too low. (We had a very creative electrician who came up with a solution using brass colored links from another fixture we had ordered. Otherwise, we would have had to return this fixture).. Yuko. Each candle-style light features a fresh white fabric shade with a bell shape that softens the look. We love that this pendant light is height adjustable as well as sloped ceiling compatible up to 15 degrees in any direction. Additional angling can be achieved by the sloped ceiling adaptor (not included).
