Giving this one star for very unethical and unsatisfactory customer service from the supplier ( not Wayfair). Tub was delivered with a damage area on the edge of one side. Wayfair was notified immediately by delivery team and said supplier was notified and I should be hearing from them shortly. It’s almost a month and the supplier have not call or contact me regarding this damage. However, Wayfair has follow up with excellent customer service and is working to resolve this issue with me. The reason for the low number is that I never received this bathtub. I was delivered another tub--soaker, not the jetted tub I ordered. When I called, I was told that the above tub had been discontinued. Why was I not notified of this and given the opportunity to make another selection? You just randomly sent me another tub with no jets. I had to go to the trouble of sending that tub back and go to another place and order a tub. I have done that, but now have to wait 2 weeks for delivery which throws a wrench in my remodel schedule. In the future, if someone orders something and it turns out to be a discontinued item, please have the courtesy to contact your customer with that information and also remove the discontinued item from your website.. Install Instruction: 1) Turn off Water Supply 2) Press the water dispenser to release any pressure from the water line. 3)Turn off the ON/OFF valve water line that is to the left of the filters inside the unit. 4) Turn power off by unplugging of the power source. 5) Remove existing filter by turning it counterclockwise for it to release and pull out. 6)Install the new water filters by inserting them up and in and turn clockwise until locked in and align with label facing you. 7) Now you will turn the water supply in the dispenser to ON position. 8) Turn power of the unit back on by plugging in the unit. 9) Turn on Water Supply. 10) Press and hold the Filter Reset button for 3-5 Seconds 11) Dispense water and check for leaks.
