Acrylic tubs are light, but often do not retain heat well, this one happens to have an insulation option. Bingo! I wanted an air tub with white drain hardware, those were options here too. I wanted a sleek modern aesthetic with room for two, this unit fit the bill. I needed adjustable feet so that I could get water to flow underneath the tub in a wet room, that was another yes here. I had a really specific wish list, and this thing met it all! We're still in the middle of install, but the quality of this unit appears very promising. This is a good whirlpool bathtub but it is Not a free-standing tub. By definition a “free-standing bathtub” can be positioned anywhere in a bathroom and doesn’t need to be against a wall. Well this tub does need to be against 2 walls since it’s missing 2 wall side panels. We thought this was an error made by the manufacturer but it’s not. A bath doesn’t always need to be fancy. Sometimes, you just want a quiet place to sit and relax for a while. This Bathtub is made with that in mind. It fits into the corner, so it doesn’t take over your space, but still gives you enough room to stretch and settle in. At 67 inches, it feels comfortable without being too large. The corner setup works well, especially if you’re trying to keep the rest of the bathroom open. Since it’s a freestanding acrylic bathtub, it’s not too heavy to manage during installation. The surface also feels smooth and doesn’t give that cold shock when you first step in. The whirlpool system comes with 9 jets. They don’t feel too strong, but they move the water enough to help your body loosen up after a long day. You can just sit back and let it run without needing to adjust things again and again. It also holds up to 70 gallons, which gives you a proper soak. You don’t feel like you’re sitting in shallow water. The left-side drain makes it easier to match with certain bathroom layouts, so placement feels more practical. There’s also built-in lighting. It’s not too bright, but it changes the feel a bit, especially in the evening when you want a quieter setting. Overall, this bathtub keeps things simple. It saves space, feels comfortable, and gives you a steady place to relax without adding anything complicated.

The Ella Shak allows for the Big & Tall to have a full body bath and massage. Designed for bathers 6'7" and taller, with a 29" W and 27" L seat. Ella’s ShaK Walk-In Tubs main feature is the U-Shape Outward Swing Door made with a decorative tempered glass front screen. A 3-latch door system creates a more safe, leak-free bathing experience compared to competitors 1-latch systems. The ShaK comes with our unique Ella Dual Drain Technology (DDT) consisting of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers. The Ella ShaK has fifteen (15) upper fixed jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while six (6) lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves.
