I bought this for my high traffic entryway and wasn't sure if the light colour would show dirt (for reference I have 2 large dogs and a teen who rides horses). This is a great rug! The neutral colors brighten up a room. I would recommend a pad underneath. Without a pad, it moves a lot. The rug is of moderate comfort- its not plush or lined with any padding so I did not expect it be super comfortable out of the packaging.
