Amazingly soft and beautiful rug! I did a deep dive on the rug and color before choosing to purchase it for my bedroom. The reviews and images definitely helped. The images, like mine skew a bit darker but when I opened the package, it is beautiful hued brown. The images pick up the darker lights but trust me, it’s a lovely brown-beige hued rug. Spot clean, vacuum, or hose off completely as needed.

The "Dove" color is in between tan and gray. I would call it taupe. I have not seen another rug like this. It seems to be made very well and I had no issues with the fringe. Normally I don't like a fringed rug (OCD) but the fringes are sewn onto a kind of wire? so they don't flop around and they don't look like they will fray. If you love jute or sisal look but don't want the smell or the shedding, it's a great alternative. My only knock is that it's very thin, but it's made for outdoors so it would be perfect for a dining room! It's in my guest bath now but I will be moving it to my kitchen. Because it's so flat, it won't be a tripping hazard and I don't think I'll have to worry about stains. I will be purchasing more in other sizes and that says a lot because I'm usually very picky about my rugs. For once I'm happily surprised, not disappointed!
