[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kitchen and dining area is a hybrid room; the cooking section has a conventional ceiling, but the nook has a cathedral. Remedying these stark differences in design has been a challenge since purchasing the home. We had a ceiling fan and 3 bulb fixture above our kitchen table, but struggled with low light levels. Install was a breeze since it's pre-wired and comes with plenty of chain. While there were concerns initially about going with such an upgrade instead of a more basic fixture, those were put to rest once putting the bulbs in and hitting the switch for the first time. We ooh'd, and ahh'd, and sheepishly cleaned the cobwebs from the corners that we were unable to see clearly before. It balances out our high ceiling and makes our house look more like a home. I love that it has multiple height bars included so I am able to choose the size I need to fit above my kitchen table; however with this chandelier I decided to use a chain instead and I am so glad I did because I was able to hang it over the center of my table better. I really like the black color as my entire kitchens theme is black and white so this really popped well. I also like the clear glass as they allow more light in my kitchen which I really needed. This light was super easy to install with the included step by step instructions and took about 30 minutes from start to finish.
