The pitchers are great, luckily they survived the delivery. The only thing missing is one white lid. It no doubt, is laying in the back of the truck, since the delivery driver was one of the worst. He flew into our drive way right up to our garage in a U-Haul box truck. Good thing no was standing in our driveway he would have taken them out. I watched him walked to the back of the truck and remove a box that was clearly open, even his own picture showing proof of delivery, shows the box wide open. He never attempted to close the box back up to secure the bottles. In our Ring Camera video, you can hear the bottles clanging as he is walking them to our garage door. These 12pz stainless steel insulated water bottle is awesome. My boys love these! They keep their water cold during a soccer practice it 80 degree weather.
