i have to admit i had no idea what to expect. Truly i just thought these would be some cheap light weight metal brackets. they were delivered very quickly. I went to pick up the box off the patio... again, thinking these were probably some cheap light weight metal brackets, but the box was heavy! quite heavy. I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction. Giving this one star for very unethical and unsatisfactory customer service from the supplier ( not Wayfair). Tub was delivered with a damage area on the edge of one side. Wayfair was notified immediately by delivery team and said supplier was notified and I should be hearing from them shortly. It’s almost a month and the supplier have not call or contact me regarding this damage. However, Wayfair has follow up with excellent customer service and is working to resolve this issue with me.
