It just arrived yesterday. The manual could be more specific on options. I used the Bedding/Waterproof option as I was washing bedding, however, nothing waterproof. I do not plan on using that option again and the tub fills to the top and the laundry barely moves even though they only filled the tub 1/2 way before starting the cycle. It took 2 hours to complete. The Normal wash cycle works well. The manual could be more specific in that you DO have an option to change the water temp from the default "warm" to cold by touching the word "cold" while turned on the Normal cycle. It's my 1first impeller washer and I need more time to give a genuine opinion. Modern appliances take a bit more research before making choices on the type of load you will be doing.. Kathy. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. While the individuals were courteous, the lack of technical competence, attention to detail, and basic safety made this a very poor and exhausting experience.. Ilaria. Washington, CT.
