I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. Worst dryer I have ever owned and the washer that goes with it is even worse than the dryer. Nothing is ever completely dry after the first cycle AND the clothes come out VERY wrinkled. I have to iron every pair of pants that comes out of there (even dry fit comes out wrinkled) and if I didn't refuse to iron T-shirts, those would need be ironed as well. My old dryer the water had to be loaded and this model there is a water line- makes it so simple! If I could change one thing it wound to be able to disable the end of cycles beeps. It's exactly what my wife wanted, and she's happy with it. For installation, the gas line and the electrical wire have to share a very small space at the bottom in the back. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included.
