This was way better quality than I expected. Our last one completely faded and got destroyed in the high humidity and direct sun. This one feels substantial and seems to be made of entirely weatherproof materials. Only time will tell. My current lights are not motion sensors so I am thrilled to see how these will assist me by automatically turning on and off. There are slighting shade options as welll. The floodlight appears to be very well built and has a solid weight to it. The finish is really nice, and the brightness is very strong. I tested it overnight in the rain, and it continued working with no issues. The controller also has plenty of options, including different colors and lighting patterns, which is a great feature. If you want the light to bounce off your home and show the color effects more fully, you may need two or more depending on the size of your house. Overall, this is a good product.
