Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! I like the different settings to include when you want heat you can add it and when you don’t want heat, you don’t have to have it. Easy order. Delivery guys were so awesome. But here’s my problem so far (I just got this today). When I was looking at purchasing, a lot of people had on their reviews that the access access panel was difficult to get to. Believe it. You have 4. 3-inch screws. Set deep into the corners of the access panel. They are so hard to get in and out I had noticed even on My spa The assembly people put one in crooked and then just screwed a new one on top of it. Aqua rest really needs to rethink that access panel and make it much easier to access. As far as spa is concerned it is very pretty ! mines at a 110 but I do notice that the Jets are nice but not strong enough for a deep tissue massage. You may want to think about that if you’re looking for strong jets Also, I had ordered the Keystone color which online looks a little bit brown and when I got my steps first, they looked gray. There are 2- heat settings for up to 1500 Watts of power, plus an energy-saving ECO mode which takes the heater wattage and self-regulates to maintain a constant 68 degrees using only the most efficient power consumption. Safety features include tip-over protection that automatically shuts off the unit if it falls over and an overheat safety switch. Lights work very well (only about a week in). Mounted 14 total on 5"x5" wood post tops. Note that the largest cap measurement (to meet that 5"x5") is to the OUTSIDE edges, so I had to sand down the post tops to make up for the ~1/16-1/8" width of the cap perimeter (i.e. this largest option would truly fit a 4.75-4.875"x4.75-4.875" post top naturally). Also could have used 4 screws per cap rather than two in order to keep it from potentially swiveling side-to-side off level, but they are solidly in place otherwise, and no other issues.. Michael.
