I was reluctant to purchase a mattress online because I've always tested out options in store. The reviews were very helpful but ultimately what convinced me was the double sided use. I do prefer the softer white side of the mattress and can see the benefit of switching to the firmer side after years of use. After a week on the mattress I am SO glad I made the purchase. Overall the mattress isn't bad. Right now we are using the softer side but it's still pretty firm. It's supposed to be so that you can't feel your partner move but that's not the case at all. We went from full memory foam to this and we can feel every time the other person moves at all. My partner likes it but I'm not crazy about it and preferred full memory foam.. E.. Virginia.
