This is a great product. I like the appearance. noise level and capacity. It has worked great from the moment I plugged it in. Most of all I appreciate the installation service. The workers were very professional. They moved the unit to a second story, two flights of stairs with a 180 degree corner turn. They unpacked the unit, put it in place, and the rest is history. Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after.
