Zero stars. It doesn’t come with any tools to get a plug off the back. Tool needed is a massive hex key that is nearly impossible to find. Please tell people before they buy or at least in the instructions that they need this tool. It also never cooled past 19 degrees and is a PAIN to get a refund. I purchased a quarter steer and needed a freezer with enough space to store it. This may have been an over kill but I am so happy I got it. I wanted an upright freezer because I’m limited on space. One thing I wasn’t expecting is for it to be so tall. It’s about the size of a refrigerator otherwise which worked out perfectly. I absolutely love that it has a lock up near the top. Really handy to keep the kids out of it. The temperature can be programmed easily. There is so much space in this freezer. A quarter steer only took up a shelf and a half.
