Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. This draw system is great and is absolutely recommended. It's actually dimensions are 28”H x 15.5"W x 22” D and fits perfectly under the desk. The 31.5'' H x 24'' W x 18.1'' D is the box dimensions.
