Combo mode is ideal for large cuts of pork and beef. It could smoke first, then cook with hot smoke to infuse maximum smoky flavor. The included metal rack is adjustable for smoking one to three tiers of food at once. The smoker/slow cooker has a tempered glass lid with an integrated gasket seal and a patented temperature probe to continually monitor internal food temperature as the food slowly cooks or smokes.
