We will not be installing until end of January 2026, but we ordered a full shower setup with a handheld and although Moen is a little pricey, most parts are made in the USA and the quality is as expected. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement.
