I do like these lights! They are very flexible rope lights that add quite the ambience to my gaming area. This pack came with 2 rolls (100 ft total). One of the cool things is that you dont have to have both rolls plugged in at the same time. You can choose to have both or just one plugged in. The only issue I have is that the only mounting hardware they come with is just simple double sided tape adhesive. I chose to put these on my wall and after about a week, the double sided tape came off the rope lights. The tape still stuck to the wall however. The lights still work perfectly.. Katelynn. The lights wont be fully installed for a while yet but I am pleased with their overall desighn and condtruction. THey will hold up well to outdoor conditions. There is a swith on the junction box that will change the lighting effect as desired. Lastly - the description, and even instructions, specify a 2 7/8" hole saw cut needed for installation. THis is not a readily avaiable hole sixe to find, but on further isnpection, a hole saw of 2 5/8" is sufficient and will do the job just as good if not better providing a hole with less slop for the fixture to move within.. These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage.
