The tile is good, I took a star off because upon delivery the driver is supposed to call 30 minutes ahead, which wasn’t done. So it was delivered which blocked our garage, so we had to physically move it. This toilet is VERY heavy! It definitely takes 2 adults to carry it. Extra tall really means extra tall, I checked the height when I ordered it and knew it was a good bit taller than the standard toilet but in person it’s very tall. I’m 5’9” and I’m on my toes when sitting. It looks very nice and the skirted bottom makes it so much easier to clean. The skirt makes it harder to install but not terribly.
