Once it was completely assembled, I was told to wait up to 72 hours for the cushions to fully inflate, but the cushions still looked flatter than they do in the picture. They are also not very soft. Husband gave assembly 1 star. It took several hours due to lack of reasonable directions, but the final assembled product is nice and looks like the photos. We both wish the height of the back/head could be adjusted, but instead it is locked in on about a 20 degree angle. This arbor is so cute! It was difficult to put together without a drill however. There are a ton of screws needed to hold it together. The arbor is very light weight, so easy to move.
