Amazing chair! Clearly I haven't been living my best lounging life because this is like the Cadillac of recliners. It is unbelievably soft and plush. I am extremely happy with this chair. The dimensions are perfect for me and it is very comfortable. It fit well into its planned location without having to move any other furniture. The recliner control is well lit. The massage control is simple. The heat is just right and the massage...well, it goes off as programmed, I love it! It feels great and one unusual benefit is it keeps my dogs off when I need some Me time. The side pockets are handy for the controllers and great for my two TV remotes which I was constantly misplacing. I love these two power lift recliners. They were assembled & installed perfectly. However one of the remotes was damaged in shipping( photo attached).
