Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. The only downside is that the interior light turns off when the door is closed, and there doesn’t appear to be a way to keep the light on for display. Needed a new wine fridge after my old one just stopped working. After much research and with a recommendation I decided on this one. The sleek design makes this wine cooler a perfect fit for any room. It fits perfectly under my coffee bar it runs very quiet and the shelving is perfect, fits larger size bottles of wine and with the pullout feature makes it easier to remove.
