First of all I paid this much money and had to but a rubber drip tray insert. Penny pinching. My main issue is that the ice goes everywhere...cubed or crushed. I have to use a big wide mouth jar to prevent this and pour off of it or I end up with ice on my wood floor. Who needs this?
