My original complaint: I ordered two sets of two chairs for a total of 4 chairs. Just the 4 upper chairs without legs or hardware were in the two boxes. they are useless as delivered! Upon complaining to Wayfair, the rep sent my complaint back to the factory. It turns out that the legs and hardware and an Allen key for each chair were concealed in a zippered compartment under the seat. This took a long time; Wayfair should've known the solution to the problem when I first contacted customer service. These chairs are beautiful. Just as described. Very nice and sturdy. Delivery company however was awful. Took way too long to deliver. Had to take multiple days off work because they didn’t have the chairs when they showed up the first. Went weeks without even knowing where the chairs were…this was after I had been charged. The delivery company was not very flexible in delivery times even after they messed up. I tried to cancel the order but Wayfair would not refund because they didn’t know where the chairs were.
