So far I am extremely happy with this purchase. Who doesn’t enjoy a rub down anytime they want without leaving the comforts of home? I am 5’2 and my family ranges through 5’7 and we all fit comfortably. There are many features we are still learning to use. The app is just ok. It does give you options to pinpoint specific areas opposed to full body functions through the remote. I will say some may find the rollers to be slightly aggressive. There isn’t really a way to lighten the intensity of the rollers. Some modes on the lower back can be painful so if you’re sensitive to deep tissue massages this chair may not be for you. I like the phone charging pad on the arm rest and the foot massages are to die for. Feels like a real therapeutic foot massage. The ambient lighting is a nice touch when wanting a massage in the dark. It adds to the ambiance. It does have therapeutic music that plays through the speakers on different pre-set massage modes. But the Bluetooth is also very easy to set up to play your own music. The AI option of talking to the chair well, doesn’t work well. Sometimes it will respond when you say “massage chair” but that’s it. We haven’t had any luck yet with it actually responding to requests. The one thing I think could use improvement is that the remote control “screen” does not light up. So you can’t see the options to change anything in the dark unless you shine a light on it. I like the look of the chair very sleek and modern looking. The product appears to be well built and operate quietly. A couple of suggestions for improvement would be the following: 1) The shoulder width could be reduced by 5-10cm from the lowest setting as currently the roller hit my shoulder blades 2) The intensity of pressure of the Full-body massage is not uniform along the spline, i.e, the waist area is weak while the buttock area is too strong. 3) Under the automatic mode, when the deep massage mode is selected the chair is constantly moving up and down which I find to be very annoying. I recently purchased Modern PU Leather With Wood Grain Full Body Zero Gravity Massage Chair Recliner with Heat & Bluetooth Speaker and overall my experience has been average. The chair has a very nice modern design, and the PU leather with the wood grain finish looks great. I also liked the zero-gravity feature, which does help you relax and takes pressure off your back. The heat function is a nice touch and the Bluetooth speakers are convenient for listening to music while using the chair. Setup was fairly straightforward and the chair feels sturdy. I only wish the touchscreen was luminated However, the massage intensity and heat coverage could be better. The rollers sometimes feel like they miss certain areas of the back, and the massage programs are somewhat limited. I wish the leg/foot extension was electrical instead of spring. l wish The Yoga Stretch was really a stretch! The display panel needs to be lit for all the wording, too dark. The pre-programmed settings are amazing. There are so many options that I can always find something that matches how I’m feeling, whether I want something gentle and relaxing or a deeper, more intense massage. I really love that you can switch between the roller massage and the air compression massage. Both feel great in different ways, and having that option makes a big difference. The stretch feature is probably one of my favorite parts. It gives you a full body stretch that feels incredible, especially after sitting or working all day. I didn’t expect to use it as much as I do, but now it’s a must every time I sit in the chair. The zero gravity positions are also a huge plus. Reclining back like that takes all the pressure off your body and makes the whole experience even more relaxing. The auto body scan is surprisingly accurate and makes each session feel customized.
