The range hood came well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. We’ve amplified the 1000 CFM blower motor by having it factory-tested and installed for added capability, but that doesn’t mean it’s loud. When this hood is in super quiet mode, the hood is barely audible while pulling 400 CFM. The seamless 430 brushed stainless steel finish is a true testament to the fine craftsmanship that is this range hood. Our 101 model is a heavy-duty double-wall construction for extra durability. Other features include LED lights, 4 chimney extension options, blower rotation if horizontal ducting is needed, and heat lamp sockets.
