Ice gets trapped behind the drawer and the door wont shut. We have to use an extension tool with claw to retrieve the ice. The Kanso 5" Honesuki Knife is a Japanese-style boning knife. The knife with its triangular shape is perfect for maneuvering around bones and between joints.
