Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. Very nice hood for the price. Gives off a good amount of light but is a little loud at highest fan setting. Had an issue with one of the filters, called wayfair and the person I spoke with went above and beyond to fix the issue. 4 stars for the hood but 5+stars for the customer service.. Deshaunda.
