We have tea pots purchased 20 yrs ago for 1/3rd price and they are still in great shape. We never had any tea pots that leaked before. If we fill the water at the level of holes with the bottom pot, it starts to leak all over. This is very strange and should not happen. We do not understand why it is happning but it took us a while to recognize that tuis tea pot is defective and we should be refunded the whole purchase price. We are discouraged in purchasing anything from Wayfair ss it seems like they do not carry quality items and also they do not stand behind the sale of their products and do not help their customers with such unfortunate issues although we paid large amount of money for this low quality and defective item..
