This is my first induction cooktop. Didn’t know what to expect, but I got to say, it is wonderful. It heats quickly and cooks evenly at different temperatures. The controls are easy to see and use. It has different settings, like simmering that works great. I really like the configuration of the controls as well. Did I mention how nice it looks on our counter, picture attached. When I got the cooktop it came with all the necessary instructions and warnings including how not to scratch the ceramic top. Piping hot water percolates through the grounds and pulses up into the glass knob on top to create the familiar "Perk-perk" sound. Stay-cool bottom with a detachable cord lets this percolator go anywhere to serve, and it only needs to be plugged in to keep it hot.

Although it says 12 cup perculator, it’s taller and wider than my other 12 cup, and also lighter in weight, which makes it easier to pour. The spout also pours very nice. It flows out with a cute up and in flow and is more controllable. I spill a lot with my older model, not a Euro Cuisine. I love the copper color.
