I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. Just got this, so far so good. One thing I should point out to potential buyers. The cord is very short, 3 ft, and does not come out of the back but the right side. Just be aware you will need an outlet very close. And, mine had a big sticker on it that said 'Aging, must go!' so that didn't make me feel all warm and fuzzy about my selection. This is an absolutely massive refrigeratorfreezer combo! Delivery took quite a while, but that’s expected with how big it is. It took a full delivery truck and 2 guys to unload it, they very nicely and carefully got the box inside our garage for us. Unboxing took a while, the wheels were sitting on a wooden platform and was impossible to get out from underneath without hammering the wood to pieces. The wheels on this unit are so convenient to move it around because it is HEAVY. It has 2 refrigerated areas and one freezer, it performs wonderfully but is quite noisy when it’s running.
