After an initial hiccup with a damaged product, Customer Service quickly replaced our item. It looks great in the shower and does seem to keep the temperature regulated even when toilets are flushed or sinks are running simultaneously to the shower. The versatile design style helped us mix it with other brands’ products for our other fixtures. Be aware, the vibrant brushed nickel is a unique finish that is hard to match with other brands’ finishes exactly. It probably wouldn’t look great right next to anything not Kohler.. Megan. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The faucet looks great. The touchless feature works and it fun to use. I am diappointed that it does not seem to pair up and work with Alexa.
