Great faucet, 5 stars. Reached out to customer service after I ordered, before it shipped because website says it doesn't include the handles or drain piece, and they confirmed it doesn't include drain. HOWEVER, upon receiving and opening the box, it does include both the drain and the handles. As the drain by itself costs $300, ik sure this will be helpful information to have for any future customers as well as the website that sells the product. Quote from customer service "We have reviewed your questions and confirmed that the drain is not included. What is included is the Ceramic Disc Valve, Two Lever Handles, and the Spout You can review more information about the product by reviewing the description and specification portion on SKU: LBPR9350. I’m glad I chose the black, the handles are sturdy and heavy and appear to be durable. The only thing I don’t love is that the faucet part where the water comes out is fixed so you can’t really turn it at all to each other side sides of the sink if you wanted to. It’s a gorgeous set and I think I will get a matching set to replace my current shower fixtures. It’s very plain but very pretty and has sort of an art deco/mid-century modern look to it..
