These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. The housing and frame are constructed from die-formed corrosion resistant galvanized steel. The lamp housing compartment can be adjusted to fit ceiling thicknesses from in. to 1 in. The socket position can be adjusted to accommodate ceiling pitches from 2/12 to 7/12 pitch. It features a universal J-box with snap-out sides. Wiring is made easy with the included wiring quick-connects that allow simple installation of 12-20 AWG wire without using separate wire nuts - simply strip supply wires and push in. The housing has pre-installed nails on the adjustable hanger bars which are easily installed in regular lumber, engineered lumber, and laminated beams.
