This grill exceeded my expectations. It is heavy, very solid, and feels extremely well built compared to many other grills I have seen. The assembly process was surprisingly easy and the instructions were clear. Once assembled, it looks impressive and very professional. The adjustable grates and brasero design make it perfect for cooking with wood or charcoal, and it gives you great control over the heat. It looks nice but is the quality youd expect for 300. Its its pretty light and flimsy, I cant seeing it lasting more than a couple years. Its going under a covered patio so it should be fine but I definitely want to have it out in the elements. The assembly wasnt overly complex but it is very detailed with lots of parts. Plan on a couple hours. Youll need a large clear area to sort out all the different pieces. Not hard, just tedious. It looks nice but I doubt it will have a lot of staying power. Im okay with that. Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. We love our new outdoor kitchen! Looks like the pictures. With a little tweaking of the castors we were able to get them all lined up perfect. We bought the griddle to go inside of the grill and I cook everything on it! We also bought the matching Pizza oven and it made my outdoor kitchen complete. This order arrived 4 days after I placed the order. though I tracked the package each day, after I received the ‘order received’ email, I didn’t receive anything else until after I was putting it together, when I received the ‘delivered’ email. Construction was slightly thinner stainless steel, compared to the grill this one is replacing. I opened the box to look for directions and had to remove everything from the box to find the booklet. It should be the last thing placed in the box during packaging. The instruction booklet is poorly written and images, while not great, were adequate. On the box lid was a QR Code to the manufacturers website with a video describing how to put the grill together. Watch it twice and the instruction booklet will make sense. There was plenty of hardware for the unit but I would have preferred to see lock-washers included for most of the screws used to put the cabinet together (‘EE’ screws).
