Really beautiful lamp in our living room. Not as huge as some others I considered. Love the goldbrass finish the soft lighting with the Edison brown bulbs. Marble base is super heavy would look good even if it were exposed. Arms see like they would break adjusting them, but they finally gave enough to spread them apart. Would definitely buy again. This photo is somewhat distorted because the lamp is much larger. I couldn’t decide what to put on these big walls over the sofa so that lamp definitely helps define the area. Only question is why the onoff knob is so poorly designed. It is just shoved onto the metal stub like a capped tooth on a tooth nub. Decent lamp for the price point (bought on sale). The height works for our tall ceilings and I like that the arch isn’t super wide like many similar styles. But I take off a point for the color. Online it looks like a true, light gold. In person it’s a lot more brassy and the color makes it look a bit cheaper than it would otherwise. Overall it works for now and would’ve been a 5 if the color was true gold. UPDATE..... Wayfair made good on the problem that I had with my floor lamp and sent me a replacement lamp pole/base. I truly love this lamp so much and it goes so well with my decor that a refund was not an option for me because I wanted another one or the replacement part. I am back to being one very happier customer. Oh my gosh, I have to edit my 5 star review to a now a 2 star. I have only owned it for less than a month and I went to move it today from my living room and into my dining room. As soon as I picked it up by the column with two hands, the base broke completely off of the column. It's like the once assembled you cannot lift it as the top 3/4 of the column is heavier than the base causing it to separate. I am devastated as I just love this lamp. This was my original review....This is a gorgeous lamp and it was super easy to assemble. The linen looking shade compliments the lamp perfectly and I couldn’t wait to buy a bulb to turn it on.
