This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet. It is extremely sturdy and can easily hold my entire weight without wobbling at all. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! First off my grandsons 3, 6 and 7 love this swing set. It is very sturdy. THAT BEING SAID we opted to put the set together instead of professional installation - WHAT A NIGHTMARE! The set was delivered via truckline and sent on a pallet (took about 3 weeks to receive). There were quiet a few boxes. First off the boards were not in a "specific" box (for example the tower boards mixed with swing boards. etc) SOME of the boards (not all) had the item # on them. The hardware - well we had probably 5 bags in different boxes with 5/8 washer. and there are A LOT of screws and nails, etc. You are going to get duplicate of a lot of the hardware. The directions were NOT GOOD AND ALL OVER THE PLACEI .It listed all the hardware and all the boards with extra boards that are not even for this set and not all the boards have holes drilled! They send 2 different drill bits but we had to purchase a paddle drill bit too. It took my husband and daughter from May 24th until June 9th to complete (doing a little everyday but was many rainy days hampering everything. ). If you chose to take on this task my opinion open all boxes and sort boards that are alike together. I also took ziplock bags and put all the hardware that was the same together because so many screws and nails were the same. If it is in the budget HIRE A PROFESSIONAL! Good luck and enjoy!!!!. There was an internal part that was broken. Ensure if purchasing this item, remove all adapters etc to inspect every available part. The water inlet piece was broken but not discovered until it was installed and found to leak as there was an adapter on it that we had no reason to remove until it leaked. Wayfairs warranty period was already expired but the manufacturer stayed in contact with us and sent out a replacement heater resolving our issue. Looking forward to many months of swimming!
